It Is Finally Happening
After years of waiting, teasers, demos, and more wishlist clicks than any of us expected, Everwind is launching into Steam Early Access on March 17, 2026. That is not a maybe. That is the date.
What to Expect on Day One
The Early Access build will have the core loop: exploring floating islands, building on your airship, crafting gear, fighting creatures, and leveling up through the three skill trees. Both single player and multiplayer will be there from the start.
The devs at Enjoy Studio have been pretty straight about what will and will not be ready. The main story is still being worked on, but the sandbox and survival side is fully playable. They want real feedback, not a finished game pretending to be done.
Server Owners, Start Getting Ready
If you are planning to run an Everwind server, now is the time to prepare. The game supports dedicated servers from day one, and we already have categories on Everwinders for PvP, PvE, survival, creative, and more. List your server before launch and get a head start on players finding you.
Plugin Developers, Your Time Is Coming
The Everwind Server API is out there for plugin development. If you have been building stuff during the beta, you can publish it on Everwinders right now. Once Early Access hits, expect a wave of server owners looking for plugins to make their servers stand out.
What We Are Doing at Everwinders
We have been getting the platform ready for the rush. Server listings, plugin downloads, recruitment boards, guides — everything is in place. When March 17 rolls around, Everwinders will be your go-to hub for the Everwind community.
